Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 17:00hr, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

• € 2.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox
• € 5.95 for orders under €75,00
• Free for orders from € 100,00
• Free pick up at location: Lijnbaan 51, 3012 EK in Rotterdam

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from PostNL and DHL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery, this depends purely on the shipping process of the shipping company.
